If you are looking for a good way to relax your body and mind, you should visit the AIRE Ancient Baths. Located on Franklin Street in the Financial District, you can enjoy thermal baths, aromatherapy and massages. The Red Wine Experience is also available, and it includes a soak in a red wine thermal bath, along with a facial massage.

A number of other specials are also available, including salt massages, acoustic concerts and fresh fruit juices. If you want to bring someone with you, there are also special experiences made for two.

One of the best ways to destress is walking, and a good place for walks in New York City is the Battery Park located in Manhattan. This 25-acre public park has been around for over two-hundred years, and was the first receiving center for immigrants in America. The view of the waterfront and the abundance of flower gardens make the park a great place for walking tours.

On top of this, there are a few other things to do here as well. You can check out the nearby monuments, including the famous Castle Clinton National Monument and the statue of John Ericsson. Visit a Botanical Garden

Visiting a botanical garden is another great way to unwind, and New York is home to a good number of them. The New York Botanical Garden in the Bronx is home to over 250 acres of gardens and plant collections, including the Home Gardening Center. In addition, the garden features multiple waterfalls, including the Bronx River Waterfall. You’d be surprised at how soothing the sound of rushing water can be.

Located in the heart of Brooklyn, the 52-acre Brooklyn Botanical Garden is also home to a wide variety of plants. One of the most notable collections on offer here is the group of cherry blossoms that bloom every spring. This botanical garden also offers plenty of programs and classes for adults, just in case you want to learn a little more about nature.

Sometimes, all it takes is the aroma of some beautiful plants to burn your stress away.

Exercising is a great way to relieve stress, and the ClassPass will give you access to some of the best workout classes in New York. As a ClassPass member, you will have easy access to classes for yoga, cycling, boxing, barre and many other physical activities. You can go online to sign up for a class at one of the many fitness studios that ClassPass is partnered with.

A couple of the New York workout studios that are in the ClassPass network include The Shala Yoga House and the Y7 Studio. You can go here to search for a nearby fitness studio if you are interested in the program. If you don’t want to go out, fret not, because you can stream workout videos right at home if you are a member of the program.

Even if you aren’t an art lover, art galleries are really good at helping people relax. One of the most notable art museums in New York City is The Frick Collection, located in the Upper East Side of Manhattan. The art inside was assembled by Henry Clay Frick, and the museum was opened inside his former residence in 1935. This is one of the smaller museums in New York, and as a result there aren’t always large crowds here. This makes walking around inside a very calming experience.

While it is not the largest art museum in New York, The Frick Collection contains a number of high-quality paintings and sculptures. Lectures are frequently available here, and the museum also features concerts every once in a while. Listening to music is another good way to relieve stress.
